Success begins within; so also failure. You can't loose within and expect success. It's like a boxer who is afraid of training and hopes to win his opponent who has worn in the place of training.

Your biggest enemy is you. I have been my enemy before and I can tell you that. Like Dwight L. Moody said, "I have never met a man who has given me as much trouble as myself."

The first and best victory is to conquer you. If your have to win, win first from within.

Change your education, most of them are built on ignorance and lies. What do I mean? Let me explain.

A young boy have always been told that toy's can kill, so he became afraid of toys. He was schooled to believe that toy's had the ability to take his life and he grew up being afraid of toys. When he turned 10years old, the parents decided to host a party for him and invited some friends to come along with their kids.

The party was and everyone was having fun, not until it was time to take some shoots. While they were all standing, a young girl came to join the shoot, but she held her teddy bear, which was a dog.

This young boy threw up the cake table and ran into his room. That was how the Happy birthday party became a night mare for him.

This is exactly what I mean. Some of us have been schooled to believe something is wrong with us. Our parents and teachers gave us patterns and made us believe there were no better ways to doing things. They kept us in the dark of their best but outdated knowledge, and some of us still live with those beliefs today.

I learned to kills my past by "talking back to my internal critic." If you must move your greatest obstacle, realize that your first obstacle is yourself- and that the time to act is now." Said Nido Cubein.

Most times a change of believe is a change of self, and a change of self is needed more than a change of scenery. If you change your mind, you can repeatedly change your challenges.

Change what you tell yourself, for "no one really knows enough to be a pessimist." Said Norman Cousins.

You are the only person qualified to hold you back; only you can stand in your own way. Remember that one of the nice things about the problems that stopped you in the past is that "a good number of them did not exist except in your imaginations." Most us the fears you feared we're only in yourself and nowhere else.

There are two forces warring against each other inside you. They speak different languages and produce different results. One says "you can't Succeed," and gives you all the details of your past failures; the other says "you can Succeed," and teaches you how to go about it. Yet, it is your choice to believe whichever you prefer.

If you must win, there are few things you should know and remember.

1. What you hear of you matters most. It can make you fail or succeed.

2. What you believe about you takes you up or brings you down.

3. What you meditate on about you influences your thoughts, words and responds

4. What you say about you creates a future for you. Failure or Success is produces within words.

5. What you do with your life is influenced by what you have heard, believed, meditated upon and confessed. You must decide your future by these five factors.

For you to win within, you have to "Determine to multiply your commitment, divide your distractions, subtract your excuses, and add your faith." You must win yourself and stay out of your own way.

John Mason said, "Don't dream up thousands of reasons why you can't do what you want to; find one reason why you can. It is easier to do all the things you should do than spend the rest of your life wishing you had."

Let me conclude by saying, "If you must keep succeeding, you must keep winning your fears and building your confidence from within."

Stay out of your own way; build the success you want to enjoy from within.
